Jeppson's Amburana Bourbon

For this small batch blend, we finished barrels of Kentucky bourbon on Amburana spirals. Amburana, aka Brazilian Oak, has the characteristics of cinnamon and baking spices, which compliments the deep oakiness of the Kentucky bourbon so well. Think warm apple pie on a brisk fall night.
